    *UPDATE*

Called parks and recreation to reserve a pavilion and they do have one available for the whole day that will work for us. It's $150 and we'd likely need to reserve it soon. The pavilion has...

    • Handicap accessible
    • 8 Picnic tables
    • 4 Grills
    • Shade-structure only 72' x 72'
    • Electrical Outlets
    • Seats approximately 65
    • Underneath Lighting
    • Roughly 50 parking spots
If at least 15 of us come it will be like $10 a person or less for the pavilion which isn't bad at all. I'm happy to make the reservation as long as I have a list of people going who have already chipped in their share so I don't get burned on it.

^Please update this in your post following this one so we can get a good idea of who's coming.

If you are coming (and have paypal) please shoot me $10 via paypal so I can collect the money for reserving the pavilion in time to get it for us. $10 from everyone will be fine if 15 of us come. If more come then we should still each do $10 and I'll just use whatever is leftover for common stuff we need like plates, bottled water, ice or whatever. Steven@StereoClarity.com

I sent you $12 to cover any paypal fees. Lets also get a list of what everyone wants to bring. I can bring buns for hotdogs and hamburgers. If I need to bring something different that is not a problem. Just want to get a good list going so we have everything we need. I can also bring a propane burner and pot to fry some frys or to cook beans and other things.

Cool man, thanks. I'll bring a cooler to use. I was going to bring that pop up canopy but I doubt we'll need it now that we'll have the pavilion. I suppose I could bring it anyways so if someone is wanting to work on one of the trucks it wont be direct sunlight. I'll be bringing some speakers we could plug in for music. Thing said we'll have outlets available.

I have a 160 quart cooler I can bring. I might also be able to bring a huge smoker that is a tandem axle trailer. I know there are some charcoal grills to use near the pavilions but this thing is just really cool.
Also the pavilions are really big and the only reason I would bring a canopy would be if someone needs to work on their truck.

Aaron, I don't want to volunteer you but damn, it would be legit to have a real smoker out there. If you could bring that out it would really make the day I think. The cooler it certainly something we'll need to I think.

PS: I just sent out like 50 PM's to members so we'll likely get some action in the thread shortly.

rackatak I can bring drinks and some condiments.

I'll probably bring my toolbox and such in case someone feels the need to do a mod or two?
