there was another "that guy" out on the trails.

this guy looked to be about 65 with a long white beard jeans and a threadbare shirt.
his bike had many small bells and other noise makers. even a squeeze horn you would hear occasionally
    [IMG]

this guy was riding the shit of the trail. he really knew it and was very fast. but definitely a kook

he had a buddy (a lot slower) with him that he would ride behind until someone caught with them and then they would let you pass, then he would tuck in behind you.

no matter how fast you would go, he was on your ass.
so after a mile or so of listening to his majorly obnoxious noise, we would pull over and let him pass.
he would proceed to haul ass and find a spot to double back and come up behind you again.

we saw him on our third lap around 9:45 and again when we went back out around 1:00.....he had probably been riding the whole time.

he came up on us fast on our last lap and we stop in the middle of the trail and tell him "we are not playing your little game" as we stroll off to side.

we hang out in one spot for about 5 min.....and low and behold he had come around to catch up to us again. we just watched him go by and said "told ya"

on a different note, our first lap i had to throw on the brakes to miss a baby Bobcat in the EKG section.

there were 2 babies and the mother. wasn't sure if i should stop or not to watch, but she didn't act threatening.

this is not it, but looked the same

That sucks, I didn't see that there was a meet until Sunday evening. Wish I would have known earlier, I'd have been down. I just sat around playing MW2 all afternoon.

Looks like it was a great time.
