Talking where to off road in TX?

Hello, just wanted to know if anyone in TX has any ideas of where to go offroading. I'm in south Austin. Just moved here not to long ago, and have noticed it's pretty flat in this area. Something with all different technical levels. Any ideas would help, THANKS everyone.

I'm going tomorrow. Boulder Creek, near Marble Falls.

Any more specifics?

How about unpaved roads in Texas?

When I went to Bryce Canyon NP, there was an unpaved road a few miles east of Big Water off of Highway 89.

Anything like that in Texas?
