I'm down to head over for a meet -- I can see if I can round up some NM folks, too.

I don't know how many of you ride motorcycles, but there's a track day at Arroyo Seco Raceway, about 30 mins. west of Cruces this weekend, I'm goin' and I got room for one more bike if anybody is interested. More than likely, I can hook you up with a discount track day card, too.

Fo sho, what r u getting as far as a lift? Like bilsteins, procomp etc... That way I canz get my tools together. I have access to to quite a bit. Only thing I need to learn how to do is weld, and I'd be a moderator lol. It would be nice if we had a place to do our mod(s)/mod day. I have plenty of room at my place, but its kinda far, like 30 mins from el paso maybe someone had room closer like a midway point, and we need to plan like two weeks ahead so can request days off

    That'd be awesome, man.

Hahah ahh I really wanna buy a quad! I've never driven one, only been passenger. They're too much fun!

I don't ride bikes, but my brother and all our friends do go to the drift days at ASR.

I wouldn't pay for it to be done. Alamo, 4 Wheel Parts, and any shop could do it. I've never seen a second gen suspension up close, but it honestly can't be difficult for anyone mechanically inclined. If you bought springs and shocks separately (not coilovers), the only thing you'd need is to rent a spring compressor from AutoZone. The other Alex (this is going to get annoying saying lol) works there. He may know how to use one -- I don't.

Do you know electrical man? I'm barely learning it

Dude coilovers would be soooooo easy, spacers and shocks take longer cuz you have to comprrss the spring, but yes i know how to use a spring compressor. Electrical isnt my strength, but I can do basic stuff. Solder, splice crimp, connekshuns!! Lol

I think shops charge $50 or so to put the spring on the shock if you don't wanna fuss with a compressor.

Yep, that's about all I know too. Nothing too technical.

El Paso folks, what color should I get on my HIDs? I'm getting four 9" 55W -- two flood, two pencil. Think the 5000K would look good? I think 6000K would almost be too blue for my truck.
