And it's so true about the "meet" word. As soon as it's mentioned it seems like everybody just runs for the hills. Hahaha

^^^^^ This is the exact reason why we can't get a decent meet together. We have too many 12 year olds with Tacomas. And this turns a lot of Tacoma owners off. That is why there was some talk at the Toyota Plant show about having 2 Tacoma groups in San Antonio....Serious/Mature Owners group that meets to discuss Tacomas - and a kids group for those that need attention or a drinking buddy.

Well shit dunno what to think about that. Having meet and greets are cool first few times but kinda get boring fast. These days now and from what I have seen I would not hold a mod day at my house again. Problem is ya can't trust anyone. And it's sad.

People seem to show up for trail runs or muddying but if you are like me. my taco was named garage queen by someone here. Yea she a mall crawler but I know she capable if need be. So those types of meets I have not shown up to.

We have no beaches so what would we do.. Mod day is really it but nobody wants to host it. So we have these meet and greets and like I said fun first couple times but then after that the excitement is gone.

 

That's why I haven't held a mod day at my house, I have everything you need to tear apart a truck and put it back but I don't need to worry a out someone snatching a tool or two, and I guess about the jokes and all some people don't like it so I guess take it elsewhere. It's not against rules or anything on here so I'd say have fun doing what you do.
I know I make a few comments here and there but honestly it's not like I mean to be hurt full or offensive, I just wanna see some Badass Toyotas and maybe hit some trails and have a few beers while we're at it.
It's a "BS" Which means bull shit if no one knew lol

Well was a supervisor for a major company but was laid off little over a year ago. Got on with the Geek Squad now. Do anything from PC work, home theater installs, tv hangs, and TV repair. It's a job but not one I can retire on.
