Good luck. They gave me $27,500 for it so not sure if they'll go much lower but maybe with the connection they'll take some loss. Let me know if you have any questions. With the exception of a couple marble falls trips, I pretty much babied it. Used synthetic oil since about 1,000 miles.

 

So, did you get the truck?

 

Not after all, I was gonna get it a little less but then I would still have to get the extended warranty cause there's only 8k on the factory warranty
So I would end up paying almost same price as a new one, just without the lift and all

 

Yeah, it's tough. Used Tacomas sell for so much. Would've been nice knowing my truck went to a fellow TW member though.

 

Oh yeah believe me I would have bought it if it was a little cheaper . On another my first Gen is for sale

 

I don't think you'll find a lowish mileage 2nd gen for much cheaper, especially if you want the extras that were on mine, though. MSRP was close to $37k when I bought it. I paid somewhere in the low $33k range for it when all was said and done. A bare bones SR5 4x4 with no lift or anything you could probably get brand new for that price though. With the lift, tires and the fold-a-cover, there's about $3,500 in upgrades on my old truck as well.
