    What??? Do you really want the removal process to be hampered by a bureaucratic and ineffective process...

    1) Send team of 'experts' to diagnose
    2) Write 450 page report on examination
    3) Wait 10 years while some 'experts' work on it meanwhile getting outrageous salaries
    4) Get computer back more broken than it was before
    5) If computer works, everything you do goes through the NSA first

    More seriously, good to hear you are making progress determining the real source of this attack. Hackers are only getting smarter.
