heads up kids. just found a nasty e-std i picked up off TW. it infected windows explorer and shut me down for about 24 hours till i was able to clean it off. also, watch out for "WIN 7" security pop ups that look very real. i think its got somethin to do with this and nuthin to do with yer windows security settings. make sure yer bonified security software is up to date and yer checkin it often. a little malware check isnt a bad idea either.

id give details but all was lost on clean up. good luck and good mileage!

I am about 99% sure that you contracted the virus all on your own, outside of TW. I have seen and fixed my fair share of computers and none of them were picked up from sites like this. Limewire, Torrents, Porn, etc are the likely culprits

TW has passed all its tests for STD's. It had to be on your end.

diggin the pc condom pics! funny stuff. rest assured, my security identified TW as the source. didnt seem typical but there it was. also, i recieved 3 trojan warnings last week while opening links on here and made mention each time on that thread. the reason i posted here is this is the forum i use on this site close to 99% of the time so i figured it was likely it may have come from here. dismiss it if you must. i was only tryin to be a good guy and offer a heads up.

No harm in being the nice guy! But chances are that you have a rootkit issue. It is giving you this site to direct you away from the problem. Seriously. Next time something like this happens, shoot me a PM. I will have you run a few tests and will tell you exactly where your problem is.

After enough time on TW you learn to appreciate the itchy, burning sensation it gives you.
