I've got a crazy knock going on. I'm thinking it's lifters. Gonna most likely take the head off, and check everything out.

Yeah, but I don't think I'll let it stop me from wheeling if I can't figure it out. I'll just have the loudest rig on the trail.

Tow bar it, just disconnect rear driveshaft first. You can also build a nice tow dolly from a small boat trailer.

I drive a trail rig! I dont like "muddin" much and try to stick to the trails and some rock crawling. Contimplating going to a spool in font, manual locking hubs and lower gearing.

I wouldn't spool the front if I was you. It affects the steering pretty bad as soon as you flip on 4x4. Selectable is the way to go in the front

Welll I have manual hubs and the only time im off road is rock crawlin or going through a deep mud hole. Plus if it do need 4wd at a high speed I can choose to just lock one hub in since 4wd isnt true 4wd. I fig I would give it a shot for 150$ Im not riskin to much

If you do spool the front, you'll have it ripped apart in a year replacing all those internals. Min eused to be spooled in the front, and that made a mess. So Detroit in the front now.

That's the plan. I need to call Bob tonight to make sure he's still ok with it. Coming up?

I think I need to order a new Intake Manifold. Got Propane has one that will work on the 22RE, and my Propane kit will fit on it.
