If you think of it this way, then you could use the Valley, El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio threads to recruit Texas members

I really do think the Texas thread would be better with more folks. We are all here to share knowledge, help each other with parts, installs, pass the time when bored, grab a beer with someone when passing through a city, etc. The more the merrier I say.

Use the city threads to get attention to the various areas that TW is involved in within Texas, then try to coax members into the BS thread. Keep every city thread active with those in the area and those new to the area or TW

What about a locked stickied thread linking to the BS thread with a single post welcoming all new Texas members and inviting them to join?

I've been in the Texas bs thread. I made this so we can keep off topic in the Houston meet. Didn't know everybody was against this :pout:

Well.. When you think of it, Texas is a huge state- So I think separate BS threads are probably necessary. :D
