    Another thing about night vision, im sure you might know. Is that it need ambient light to work.

    Most of them come with a built in infa-red laser that's naked to the invisible eye but the scope will pick it up.

    Yeah, I know the ambient light affects it, but the one I am looking at has the IR light with it. And I still have some IR flashlights from my military days that I can use. And I'm pretty sure if I ask nicely, I could get an IR headlight from one of my logistics friend, and just run it off a battery.

    Same here, bought a new scooe last year and never had a chance to sight it in. The lsst scooe that was on it was cheap I guess, the cross hair would move everytime you shoot.
