Active duty or reserve/guard? Not sure what all you got going on, but I'll recommend the military any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Just do something in the military that will get you skills and a job out of the military.

 

I might be up for it. Depends on when Jambo will be in 2013

 

Just don't let a recruiter guide you to what they want you to do. Also understand that the Army is going through a transition and is downsizing a bit. Jobs might be slim, but that changes frequently. So when they say they don't have any open spots for a mechanic , check back in a few and see what's open.

 

Hoping its April again. Seems to be better weather, tho it was rainy last year.

 

Toyota Lonestar Jamboree. Yearly Toyota event at BMRA in Gilmer. Usually overrun by FJs

 

It always seems to be raining or freezing. I'm Surprised there's no talk about a date yet.

Yea. I think late October of last year they posted dates for April 2012.

 

Jambo was a good time. Yes, over run with FJ's, but a cool event to go to. It was in late March this year, and it will probably be around the same time next year too.

The weather wasn't too bad, just chilly at night and early morning. I know I'll be there again.

 

Rumor is May.
