Not the best. Lyndall is a good spotter also.

Cody was almost hitting his slider on the right side so he wasn't in any danger. If I wasn't 100% sure I would tell him not to do it. Just like I told Kase a few times not to do something.

 

How is you alignment? ?

Got some plotted. Just have to organize it and work the file they are in to Google maps

 

Tried getting kml files from Google Earth into Google Maps. No worky. So I uploaded to Everytrail for now.

Pretty cool Lyndall. It's good to see where we were in the park. I was completely lost.

 

Really need to explore some more of the northside trails.

 

Well, I'll need to test out the lockers pretty soon. I'm down for another trip out there to see what we missed. It looks like there are a good amount of trails that we didn't explore.

 

I used Backcountry Navigator on my Nexus 7 to track. It really is an awesome app. You can download free topo maps, even forest service maps, to whatever area you plan on traveling. You could also get a paid subscription to higher quality maps. It allows to quickly adding waypoints and you could even snap a picture to tag with the waypoint.

 

I use my Garmin GPS to keep track of where we've gone.


Does that nexus have a built in GPS? Or do you need internet to keep track of where you're going?
