Would that work on coilovers?

I was going to do something like that, except I couldn't get the compressors on the coil while it was still installed on the truck.

 

Oh, I get it now. I'm not sure I'd want to try that.

 

I will be installing a catch can as well.

...damn. My parts list for next weekend is getting long.

 

We can always have another mod day next month if the list gets TOO long.

I have changed front struts using the "fat chick & floor jack " method before, but never on a taco. If we have a couple guys around to put a little weight on the truck a jack should work if the spring compressor fails. I did use a rented spring comprssor to install some Downey coil overs on my 2000 Taco.

good point. My to-do-list is longer than it should be:

D-Rings (+2 for Drew02a)
Brake Pads (for educational purposes)
LED Bed Lights (dual switch?)
Map Lights on Entry
Reverse Fog lights (still drawing up plans on that)
Satoshi Grill (waiting on grill material)

I still need to finish my Audio System write-up, and finish processing the pictures from last weekend. All of that needs to be done after I finish training for the MS150 bike ride that is this weekend.

Exactly. That could have happened last weekend with the amount of women that showed up. We need more female members at the meets.
