Terry Hershey park off of memorial near dairy ashford has an awesome trail that runs along the bayou all the way up to Kirkwood. But right now with all the rain we've had those trails get flooded fast and aren't worth riding until about 1 week after the rain has stopped, but other than that, there are a lot of spots you could catch some good air.
