Lift Installed in Houston

Any shop recommendations for lifting my truck? Houston area only

 

Allout offroad. They are really expensive, but do an awesome job. Also they aren't really in houston. They have shops in stafford and richmond.

 

What type of lift? What area of Houston?

 

3" suspension lift, I live in West Houston

 

There are a couple shops on that side of town. Extreme Offroad and Offroad Outlaws.

You say 3" suspension, Spacer lift or Coilover. Full leaf pack in the rear or AAL?

 

thats where I am in a bind...not sure what route to go, any suggestions?? keep in mind in have a 2wd and will just be for "looks"

If i had a prerunner, I would go with some 4" lift spindles, a set of King or ICON CO's, and a Deaver Alcan rear leaf pack.

Depends on how much you want to spend?

I went the King CO route and Allpro 3" rear springs..

There should be many opinions around here.

 

There are plenty of good TW member folks in Houston who could help you install any lift yourself to save you some money. I second Boomtacomas lift spindle & C/O option. If you do it yourself you can spend the savings on a nicer lift.

 

I don't mind spending the money for quality workmanship. where did you purchase your lift from?

 

PM me once you decide on what lift you want to buy and ill help you install it whereever you want to. Beer is always a good incentive to get ppl to help you.
And x3 to what boomtacoma said, if I had a prerunner I'd go that route for the best ride or just get billies front and rear with a toytech AAL.

I am just not mechanically inclined when it comes to cars, which makes discussion on lift options that much harder.

 

that's what i said at first. my prerunner did better than i thought out at Long Ranch this past weekend. the clearance from the lift most definitely helped....

Fail. Their service, parts knowledge, and install prices are shady to say the least.

 

I got my Kings from B and C Offroad in Pasadena. They were kinda pricey but what I wanted. I did AALs at first in teh Rear and then upgraded to the Allpro rear leaf packs.
