Thoughts/suggestions on competent Toyota service departments in DFW please. I got some time off from work coming up in the last two weeks of December. Going to call Toyota's 1-800 service number tomorrow to get parts ordered for the leaf spring upgrade and get the transmission flash also. Bought the truck at Toyota of Fort Worth how is their service department???

    Thanks in advance!

I've had good luck with Toyota of Plano. They're always really busy, but they seem to know what they are doing. They also have a A+ with the BBB.

I have heard Toyota of Richardson is good too, but I haven't visited them myself.

Stay clear of Toyota of Dallas.

Toyota of ft worth has been really good to me. They did my TSB. I told them I was having a harsh ride with weight in the back and they ordered the parts with out looking at my truck.

Patt Lobb actually confronted me about it while trying to fix a vibration issue. Win.
