    id be leery of this truck. obviously was in a front end collision, would def purchase a carfax. the 6.oh is notorious for its numerous problems. and you have to wonder why its being sold on ebay (possibly hiding something that you would see in person) for these trucks usually have zero problems with local resale and are selling for thousands over there value ( at least in my area). Go with the 7.3 or a cummins and never worry about a thing. just my opinion

    That Cummins is one hell of an engine, the looks of the Dodge don't bother me. They just seem to have a reputation for falling apart, could be the vibrations from that Cummins shaking them to bits.

    The Duramax is pretty good, but I won't buy a Chevy, maybe a GMC (irrational, I know they are the same truck, I just hate Chevrolet)

    I think Ford is the best truck in this market. The 6.0 is junk, but there are upgrades to fix that. The 7.3 is the shit and the new Powerstroke is supposed to be a good one. Ugly damn trucks though.

    i love the cummins, my dad has a 2004 5.9 h.o. cummins automatic (sadly) awesome truck, would be my pick in a diesel, he had a 7.3 ford before that and they are great trucks too, i would be affraid of the 6.0 ford

    It has worked for them for years. IFS has popped up in far larger applications with success.

    haha. The military seems to have been and is moving over to independent suspensions for a number of years now. It baffled me when I first discovered it to.

    My former fire company has IFS with Torsion bars on one of the engines.
