Planing on getting a brake controller and was wondering what yall have and where it is mounted with pics preferably. Also I have the factory 4 pin harness and was wondering if I get the 7pin factory will it fit so I do not have to run all those extra wires.

I put the prodigy 2 in my 08 AC. I bought mine at RVwholesalers i believe if you spend $125 there is free shipping.

I mounted it on the lower left side under the coin tray. It does not interfer with my driving at all.

The P2 has worked fine and after getting it adjusted, which was just playing with it while driving, it has smooth operation.

Sorry, I can't answer your question about the 4 to 7 issue but I'm sure someone can. Mine was plug-n-play

I am 99% sure that you will have to run extra wires for the 7 pin, if you have an rv or trailer dealer near you take it to them and ask what they get for doing it. It may be alot easier plus I know you dont have to go with the factory 7 pin
