Towing help??

I am going to be passing through 3 states next week (NY,PA,OH) I will be towing a dune buggy back to NY which is about 8ft long if that and 1100lbs it has a tow bar that will go on the back of my hitch what rules do i have to abide by or can i just hook and book cuz its so small?

Probably doesn't have DOT approved tires or tow lights. I'd just put it on a trailer if it were me.

Using a towbar might actually require the vehicle (being towed) be legal on the street (registration/insurance).
