Looking to get a trailer to tow my 71 jeep. My truck is an 06 access cab TRD sport model. The rating is 6500 lbs I believe. With a trailer and the jeep I think I will be damn close to that, should I be worried? Any advice on trailer types?

    My rig...

Did you have the leaf TSB done? If not, you will at least need that.

Just make sure you get a carhauler so the weight distribution of the trailer is correct and you arent carrying all the weight on the tongue. Also make sure it has trailerbrakes and put a brake controller in your truck. You can always run loadbars if needed.

I brought it to the dealer a year ago... they basically told me there was nothing wrong with the way it was... I never pushed the issue cause honestly I really haven't had any problems.
