Charge RV batteries on a 4 cylinder 5 lug

Hi folks,
I have a 2008 2.7 liter 5 spd access cab truck . I am looking to be able to add a battery to my little pop up trailer that I tow. Is it possible to set up the circuit to be bale to charge batteries in transit? What kind of set up do I need to do this?

A 7 pin trailer hookup (the round one). A line of good gauge wire from the battery to the top pin on the 7 pin (make sure you put a fuse within the first 12" of this line). Hook the other end to your battery. Some will have a relay that will stop the flow of charge if the vehicle gets shut off (a relay hooked to ignition power) so you cant drain your battery. As far as my pop up. Its a 1978 Rockwood 806. I am not sure on the exact weight. I would guess around 2000 lbs loaded up. It's pretty small, I only had a small problem with sway, but fixed that with an anti-sway kit.

I towed out to the race track about 3 hrs from me, my friend and I, fully loaded, and averaged 23 miles to the gallon on the trip.

Acceleration is slow, but once you get going it is fine. I am going to pick up a doug thorley header, the extra HP and TQ will be helpful on acceleration.
