I purchase a OEM hitch from craiglist without any bolts or mounting equipment. I've done quite of bit of searching on forums, and I know i can get the L brackets for the hitch from Relentesstaco. However, does anyone the size of the bolts that go through the bumper into the hitch? Toyota calls them M-14 bolts. Can i get them at Home Depot or Lowes?

M-14 bolts are 14 mm in size on the thread of bolt, not the head. Be sure that you purchase Grade 5 bolts ( 3 hash marks on head) or Grade 8 bolts (5 hash marks on head). If the hash marks are not present, DO NOT BUY THEM. Get washers and lock washers as well.

Is there a NAPA or Fastenal in your area?

Fastenal will be cheaper and have more lengths available. Specify Grade 5 or grade 8 bolts.

I have done all the hi-pro mods for a life time, since I got this truck at a great price, I will be happy with showroom new.
yes, I would go to Fastenal, or try to order from them, and use all grade 8, and they will last for years.

Can anyone direct me to a good place to purchase the correct hitch and hardware for my rusted ass 05 trd sport? Was just at the dealer replacing my blower motor in the parking lot and looked at the hitch. Rusted and not part of the recall.
