Looking at a 2005 Travelaire rt245 travel trailer, it's made in Canada and I'm not able to find a tongue weight on it anywhere. Of course the dry weight was in kilos (2067), which I think is 4,558 pounds, 26 foot total length and 8 foot wide with tandem axles. Any idea on tongue weight, or should I just spend the next ten years finishing the old 65 Airstream weighing in at a whopping 2980 pounds and forget about the Travelaire?

Well they went bankrupt in 2010-2011, so no way to contact the manufacturer. Does the seller not know? I assume they tow it.

The seller does not know, he drives a big old Chevy and probably never give it a thought. The info I have came off the trailer but the tongue weight must have got rubbed off from the RV cover. Thought they were out of business but don't know much about them here in Missouri. Does look like a lot better built trailer than most other brands I've looked at, too bad they went belly up.

Just contact your local RV shop. They may have the specs on this trailer.
