08 Trailer wiring problem

....I think I remeber a 2 pin.....there is a bracket etc to be addressed there ?
I will get my wiring info from my OEM stuff to shake my memory ...but the most important thing is the location of the small square 4 pin connector and for me it was left wall,and back against the firewall...in that corner is a large round cylinder of wires all taped in black. Half way up the cylinder of wires and directly behind on that cylinder was where my 4 pin connector was bent and wrapped with tape along with the cylinder of wiring. You would never know it was there. So keep looking....This is for the non tow package, 4 cyl Tacoma 09. good luck

 

The kid at the oil-lube drive thru found it. Get this: It was BEHIND THE FUSE BOX. Up front, touching the firewall.

I finally found the 4p. Behind the plastic, blue box with wires coming out jammed against the firewall. This is after I have connected it and wrapped the plug with the foam wrap.

 

Can any one tell me where is the 9P connector??? I got the 4p done cant find the one for converter box should be a 9 pin instead I only see a 6 pin that is attach to the wall by a screw ????

 

My truck is an secong gen 4cyl 4x4 Not towing package
