Vibration during towing

2012 sr5 4x4 v6 double cab

I was towing my utility trailer 12x 6 single axle with my grasshopper 325 diesel mower on the trailer, I was driving at speeds from 60 to 70 and when the truck down shifted to 4th gear i noticed the whole truck shook until it shifted back to 5th gear. I thought maybe it was the trailer since i just put a new axle and tires on the trailer, but when i manual shift it only shakes in 4th gear. The other gears are smooth. Any Ideas? all i can think of is the drive shaft but it seems like it should do it at all times if it was the drive shaft.
