What is the TSB? I have a 2008 4x4 crew cab and when I am pulling my travel trailer (wt. 4500 lbs, hitch wt. 500lbs with weight distribution hitch)it bottoms out easliy. I was also thinking of putting air shocks or helper springs, but would like more info on the TSB. Spoke with service manager were I bought my truck and he didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Thanks for any info.

TSB = technical service bulletin. i would read this thread to enlighten you on the different TSBs and this thread to find out where would be the best place to try and get it done.

Do it, it will solve your Bottom Out problem. I Tow 4000lb, and it tows much better with the TSB.
