    I am about to haul my little brothers small tent trailer from portland oregon to northern cali does anyone know if the trailer needs a license plate or registration or anything other than a drivers license and title to haul?

    A trip permit may be applicable in your situation depending on the intended use of the tent trailer. Are you just moving it from point A to point B? A trip permit would be an option in this situation.
