Safety chain location on 02 PreRunner?

    Going to do some lite towing using the bumper ball hitch but can't find where to attach the safety chains to the truck. I see semi pre-drilled holes on either side of the hitch hole. Am I supposed to drill those holes through and attach eyebolts to attach to the chain?

    Thanks for the help.
