09 hitch and harness fit a 06?

    06 Tacoma Regular Cab
    I have a 06 regular cab 4cylinder Tacoma and I found someone who is selling there uhual hitch that came off there 09tacoma and harness. Will this fit my 06 perfectly fine? Also it's a 6000lbs capacity hitch and all I will be towing is my buddies 4wheeler. Even tho my truck can only tow 3500lbs.
