The collar/sleeve that splines the output shaft from the transmission and the input shaft of the transfer case has broken in my truck. This has been the second time it's happened. Last time I took it to a shop and they just welded it back together and put on a support sleeve. Well that fix broke and from the looks at it, I can't order another one from the shop to replace it all together. I'm sure other people have had this problem as my truck is stock and i don't wheel it that hard. If anyone knows if there is an aftermarket solution or better fix idea that would be awesome!!
