I have a '97 Tacoma and my windshield wipers don't stop working. What could be the problem?

Either in the column's stalk, or the park switch on the wiper motor is not working correctly(switch bad, arm broke, etc)

Park switch! Pull wipers, pull cowl, fix switch. Wipers stop and go.
