I live in Union City CA, moved over from Oakland. Not too many trucks in general here in the Bay Area, but I do see quite a few Tacos here in UC, maybe 'cause NUMMI is near by. A lot more Mexican dudes driving Toyotas in Oakland though. I've been trying to spread the word about Toyota Trucks to my Mexican peeps for years, but it seems like folks are finally catching on. In Union City and the Bay Area in general Toyota makes up a good chunk of the trucks on the road. If you go inland or down to Central Cali (i.e. Stockton, Modesto, Fresno) though, trucks makes are still Chevy n' Ford dominated.

F-150s all the way here. All my friends are in denial about the mileage on theirs, and think my Tacoma is a joke. Taco= 1/2 the price, 1/2 the gas, and more fun to drive.

In my 6 floor office parking garage, there are 3 (including mine) 4 door silver tacomas. There are a bunch of full size chevys, fords, dodges, and even a ridgeline.

My neighborhood has an older ford (he wants a Tacoma) 1 titan (he wants a Tundra) 1 dodge (he's an idiot) and a Tacoma V6 4x4 which is for sale because he needs something that gets better mileage.
