    Howzit and Aloha from Honolulu,
I was just driving in the around town and observing the the types of trucks that were on the road. Hawaii loves its Toyatas, especialy its Tacomas. What is the most popular in your neighborhood or town?;)

In my neighborhood I am surrounded by a bunch of bloody Fords. Most of them diesel and nost of those have owners that persist upon letting them idle in their driveways for huge lengths of time.

Sadly there are only two people who chose wisely in this neighborhood besides me. One black 03' dbl cab, and one white '06 access cab.

    So sad :(

In our neighborhood (our new one in San Antonio) we have a bunch of people with Ford Powerstrokes and Chevy Duramaxes, but just on my street there are 5 people with 05+ Tacoma and 4 people with -04 Tacomas. There are 4 people in the neighborhood that have 06+ Rav4 V6s like my wife's. There are some good people in my neighborhood.

...only bad thing - my truck is the only RED vehicle in the neighborhood. This is going to be bad. :(

There are alot of domestics in my area as well. But I am starting to see a good amount of Taco's. I have only seen 3 or 4 other X-Runners however.

I have red and blues installed in mine.
Not to mention the War Wagon mounts.

Otherwise it is Dodge, Ford and Chevy turbo diesel`s; mostly 3/4 ton. Farmers have fuel tanks and the machinery is all diesel now.
Cowboys matched 44/40 or 38/40 for revolver and rifle for the same reason. It simplifies supply and logistics.

Toyotas are by far the most popular vehicles in my area. My landlord has a camry and a prius and my neighbors have a 4-runner and a Tacoma.

I live on Guam right now, and if you aren't driving a Hi-Lux, pre-Tacoma, or Tacoma you will get laughed at.

Actually where I stay, you do see a decent amount of Tacomas/Tundras but it seems almost everyone has a Ford Chevy or a Dodge

Believe it or not, Toyota is the big name in my neighborhood. We have a Tundra and a Highlander, next door to my right Sienna, next door to my left Avalon (and his brother has a Tacoma and Father a Tundra). The col-de-sac across from me has 6 homes and 3 of them have Tacoma's. Two doors up a Camry, three doors down a Rav4. The agent on duty at the back of the neighborhood (new homes) had a 4Runner....and the list goes on and on!
