    It was only there about a month. I just got a call one day with him telling me I had to sell it. Im to far away to do anything with it. Im 2600 miles from Cali right now and he just pretty much screwed me. The truck was sold about a week later. You're right about something aint right. He AINT right. My father-in-law in New York was if your truck was here you coulda kept it here for as long as you wanted. Pretty bad when your own dad screws you over. :(

    Agreed that something doen't sound right. It was only at your dad's house for around a month? I would understand if it was 6 months or more, maybe thinking you wouldn't be back to get it, but he didn't really give you a chance to come get it. It sounds like he is hiding something from you. Don't want to put thoughts in your head, but as somebody already mentioned, he either sold it for more than $600 and wants to profit off of you, or something happened like he drove it, crashed it, then sold it on the cheap to get ride of it so you would not find out the true story.

    My dad has a drinking problem so the crashing it may not be to far off! Those thoughts have run through my head. I have no way of really knowing. I know one thing is I'll never fully trust him again.

    With me being so far away he coulda told me anything. For all I know the truck was damaged and he didnt tell me. I am upset about how it went down and I still cant believe it. I learned a lesson the hard way. I cant even fully trust my dad.
