3" lift questions

I have an 2009 Double Cab TRD 4x4 tacoma, The susp. is all factory, I'm looking to install a 3" susp lift. My question is, do I need to change the rear factory Bilstein shocks if I add a 3" spacer under the rear springs? I also have 265/75/16 tires would this look okay with the 3" susp. Lift.?? Just wondering

there's tons of people running that size with 3" lifts. its all a matter of personal preference.

You will need to change your rear shocks, stock are too short

I run 2" AAL with factory shocks in the rear. Its OK, however you wont have as much flex in the rear while off roading.

You referring to a 3" block for the rear? You sure you want a block that thick? If yes, then consider a longer shock.

I have 3" spacers up front and 2" AAL in the rear, my truck is almost level with very slight rake, almost not noticeable. Stock shocks in the rear...
