quick question about springs

    I gotta 04 doub cab 3.4l. I have 5100's all the way around and need to replace my front coil springs. What are my coil spring options for stock height with shock set in the middle? I have the trd off road prerunner model. Thanks for any quick info as i need to replace these springs in a hurry. When i replaced my shocks a few months ago i could pull the shock in and out with two fingers so i knew i would have to replace the springs soon as well?
