didnt like the drop bracket style lifts at the time, dont like the amount of ground clearance from drop bracket to ground..... But really I just wanted a mid travel set-up...
But the more I see them the more I like it!

    maybe next time!:D
Get some more pics up man!!

At Jay Peak VT this weekend, first time I had the truck in the snow, handled great through a white out blizzard and had no issues with the below snow drift which was a lot bigger than the pic shows.

So what is going on with that ford?

I quit pulling/winching people out in the snow unless they got Cash or Freezing Kids. Too much wear and tear on my own rig and equipment.

He was on an ice sheet and I was about 6 inches from a cliff. I had just pulled him across the road, out the ditch the Jeep was stuck in. Decided I would winch his rear end up hill onto some powder so he had traction and let him get by me so I could move forward and get away from the edge of the cliff. That Jeep had slid into a Tahoe that was stuck earlier. Got him out next.

That's him when he was in the ditch.

Nope. That was my buddies and he actually knows how to navigate snow and ice. There were plenty of other subarus up there. Some of them were actually mobbing through some serious snow, others where pretty stuck. It just boils down to the driver's abilities.

If the guy in the Ford had more brass, he could've mobbed out of that ditch if he hit reverse and used the go pedal properly.

Winched that subaru around 180* to get him out of the ditch after watching the Jeep fail and his winch break.
