My Brother has a 96 2.7 5 speed ext. cab 4x4 with a 3" lift and 265/75 R16 and he has 308,xxx on his and has had very few problems. Just a torn seat and a hole in the AC lines but that is from a wreck. Plus he drives the hell out of his truck!!
