Fog lights

One of my fog lights burnt out ,can I replace bulb or do I have to replace whole unit

You don't have to replace the whole unit (assembly) just the bulb. If the fog light is a Toyota OEM part, then consult your owners manual for the correct bulb replacement. Keep in mind though, if your going to replace it yourself (not difficult or hard at all) remember "never" install any new bulb (fog lights, headlights, tailights, interior lights, etc.) with your bare hands-fingers, use clean gloves, cloth-rag, etc. If you touch the new bulb with your fingers, which contain oils, you risk damaging the new bulb once it is installed and turned on.

You can do it, just take your time and be patient, nothing to it!

Just the bulb, should be like, 6 bucks too.

Or replace them both with HID lights for 12 bucks on Amazon

Hate to break it to you, but those aren't HID, those are halogen... Those are just some cheap bulbs dipped blue so they look fancy. HID bulbs require a ballast and I would not recommend putting them in a stock reflector housing that was designed to take a halogen.
