Battery Light On??

    OK,

    So my engine was looking kind of oily, so i decided to spray some degreaser in there. after letting it soak a bit and then thuroughly washing my engine down, i went for a drive and my battery light, brake light are on, and my volt battery meter thing is reading lower than usual.. what is going on??

    battery light comes on when theres little to no output from the alternator

    OK, so.. do you think it will just dry out or, is there a fuse or something?

    BONE STOCK! lol
    I would check all the fuses, make sure you didnt knock anything out when you sprayed it and yeah try again when its dry

    checked all the fuses, all looking good
