Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
You can replace the fitting, but the factory lines are brittle so putting a new flare on with the new fitting is sometimes hard.

The line itself is available at the auto parts stores, or toyota i dont remember where i got it last time.

For your clutch line, you will be better off with a hard line line OEM, a soft line will flex and could make the clutch feel funny

Metal replacement lines are easily available at places like Napa, Auto Zone, and Advance Auto. It is the same type and size of metal line as the brake lines are, and the fittings are identical. Measure the line from end to end and buy one the same length. Then CAREFULLY bend it to match the factory line ans swap it out. Lines up to 5 feet long can be bought for as little at $20.

I had a hydraulic shop build a new line made out of high pressure hydraulic hose . Worked great on the F350 4x4 as long as its kept away from heat
