My 02 Tacoma has a strange electrical problem. The left headlight won't work in low beam but the bulb is good. The strange part is the passenger side Turn Signal (which also lights up when you hit the brake) works but doesn't when you hit the brakes as its supposed to. The bulb is also good. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad ground somewhere, or the ground is getting 12V when it's not supposed to. You would need a wiring diagram to know for sure, I'm no expert in first gens :-\
