Have a 09 Tacoma D Cab off road. Just picked up a scanguage 2. Was thinking of mounting it in the center console, under the AUX input.

Saw people mount it on top of the steering wheel console, or under there rear view mirror. Anyone else mount there's somewhere else?

Yea I saw that one also, liked it there, but want an easy install. I think putting it in the center console is my best bet, no major modifications to the truck, and the cable will reach it with lots of extra slack.

Thanks, saw that. Don't feel like dismantling a lot of the truck to run a cable. Maybe next year... :)
