help with 4runner lift....

    My dad has a 2000 4wd 4Runner with 285/60/18's and the front tires almost rub directly spindle arm...

    We are looking for a decent lift (1-2 inch) for about $800, also maybe some sort of wheel spacer. We've been looking at OME and Bilstein, any help would be much appreciated
