bad things about 3in. lift?

i was here alot of bad things when u lift your truck i have a 2009 tacoma sport n i wanted to lift it 3in. i was gunna buy the lift kit from toytec but people say dont because it can break ur suspension or something like that. they also said stuff can break later down the line.. so can anyone help me i really want to lift my truck but i dnt know what to do any advice?

 

brah, get choke guys on here that run 3" lifts... i get one 2.5 using the bilstein 5100ʻs... they are adjustable shocks that gives you a couple of different height adjustments...
