hey i just bought a 1991 toyota pickup and its having problems.

it idles fine, but i can only give it like 1/4 throttle any more and it bogs and dies, (if i let off quick it will recover). so the plugs/wires/cap/rotor/maf sensor all have been replaced, n e ideas?

also removing the tps connector makes no difference.

Any smoke? Have you checked all vacuum lines on the manifold and air-box fittings/hoses/clamps?

After that is all a yes, I suggest ensuring all your injectors are functional. Also considering you replaced the cap and rotor make sure it is installed correctly and the wires running from it are secured. Do you have an aftermarket tachometer?

this is a pretty decent forum for questions with 22r/re:
