Proved my trucks masculinity by driving through through the ruts of a Jeep on 37s at the beach. Keep in mind my tires are stock, not aired down, and I am a PreRunner. Surprisingly enough, My taco made it by correctly applying the skinny pedal and yelling some variant of ye-ha.

Or the last time I took the Taco to beach. Brought some friends and one of the girls recently got a Jeep Patriot. Her parents decided shes not allowed to drive it on the beach so we went to go and leave it in a parking lot near the ramp. At the end of the day We are leaving and I have 5 girls in the bed of my truck driving on pavement (illegal) to get back to her car. I look in the rear view mirror and her parents are in their minivan behind us. I just always thought that was funny.

Lets see... AH Yes

about 17 years ago I had bought a new 4x and was itching for some off road action. I knew of a nice hill I couldnt get my buggie up. so, I figured that after a few tequila drinks it was time to give it a go in my new ride.

I made it up the hill just fine in 4lo and then decided to go around back where there was a canyon of sorts . well I headed down the canyon. DId I mention IT was about midnight? and slid the ass end off into a rut ( A DEEP Rut). and ended up wedging it into the rut with the drivers side door. Luckily I was very high centered at the time but the other side of the rut kept me from flopping it onto its side or rolling . so there I am drunk, at midnight, alone, high centered with both the passenger side wheels in the air and the drivers side rear tractionless and the drivers side body wedged against the other side of the rut.

so being the aware wheeler I am I did a stuck assessment. right... high centered, wedged, alone, 3 wheels off ....well I guess I'll have to just dig out.
Hmmm lets see I have a tire iron, a big screw driver, and a flashlight,, no problem.

well I dug out that night with the big screwdriver. luckily about 3 am another truck came by with a stap and some beer to help me finish my job.

it wasnt untill I got up the next afternoon that I discoverd I'd caved the drivers side in on my brand new truck and left my tire iron in the woods some where and ran over my flashlight.

I never get drunk and go wheeling alone at night anymore that for sure.
