    Stop yelling at me.

You can drive all you want with it like that. Mine's been on for 2 years, but then I intentionally disabled the system in my truck.

When U say disabled, U meant the pickup just stop?

I mean I pulled the sensors from the truck so the airbag deployment will never be triggered. The computer keeps the dash indicator lit but it doesn't affect the performance of the truck.

Given that your indicator is on, don't expect them to deploy in an accident. If you'd want them to function as designed you should have the issue looked at. Your safety isn't something that you'd want to take chances with.

I would like to disable my airbags as well, where is the sensor? And will doing this also disable the 'tattletale chip' that records accident data?

Oh, I'll find it. I'll let you know when I do. My state inspection does not cover my airbags and I will do what the hell I want with MY truck.
