1 lug

but seriously, the 5-lug trucks have different suspension and these pieces arent designed to work for the 5 lug trucks.

You should be able to fit 285/75/16 with front at 2.5 setting. I'm sure someone will chime in if I am wrong.

With it set at 2.5, would it cause a harsh ride? I would like to fit a 33" or less tire, but don't want to max out the 5100s. Any advice? Thanks!

You can not run the Eibach spring with the Bilstein shocks set to 2.5" or you will cause damage to your suspension. Running the shocks are the 0.85" setting combined with the longer 15" spring will give you about 2.5" of front lift. At 2.5" you could run 275/70/17" or a 32.4" tire with only removing the front mud flaps. (My personal experience). Other options include the 265/75/16 or the 265/70/17 both of which are 31.8" tires and can be run with no issues or trimming. Hope this helps.
